FRC2010 After Event

1. Receipt for Tax Refund

Tax refund receipt will be made by our charitable organization, Make-A-Wish. It will be sent as soon as possible.

Individual and business donors who are chargeable to salaries tax, personal assessment or profits tax can claim deduction for the aggregate of approved charitable donation up to 35% (up to 25% for the years of assessment 2004/05 to 2007/08) of the assessable income or profits, as the case may be, in the basis period of a year of assessment. Such aggregate must not be less than $100. (Sections 16D and 26C of the Inland Revenue Ordinance)

2. Certificate

For any participants who do not receive your own certificate for Fund Raising Cycling 2010, the certificate will be mailed on request. Please send an email with corresponding address to frcoc2010@gmail.com if you are interested to get back the certificate of the event.

FRC2010 Event Updates

Please be noted that a rider’s pack including an event T-shirt, a wrist band-watch, a number cloth, a booklet with map and an official receipt will be given to you upon registration counter. The receipt for tax refund will be distributed after the event.

Special Notes:
1. Please bring along with your ID card for registration.
2. Water will be provided at checkpoints. However, bringing your own bottle of water, sport drink or supplement is recommended.
3. Sports wear is highly recommended for participants. Please bring/wear cycling protective equipment if necessary.

All the arrangement details, as follow,

1. Registration (20:30 – 21:30)
Location: Haking Wong Building G/F
- Please remember your registration number. (Please refer to the attachment.)
- A rider pack will be distributed after registration.
- Avoid last minute registration. For group participants, you are advised to register with your groupmates.

2. Opening ceremony (21:30 – 22:00)
Location: Plaza outside Main building

3. Bicycle collection and start off (22:00 onwards)
Location: Plaza outside Main building
- Please be reminded that cycling is not allowed inside the campus
- A 5-minute briefing will be held for each group before the start-off.
- Participants will start off according to their assigned time-slot.
