Simon K. Y. Lee comprises 10 floors. From 1/F to 8/F are residential floors. Warden’s flat and the laundry room are located on 9/F. Common facilities like the Common room and function rooms are located on UG3.

On each floor, around 20 rooms accommodate around 40 residents. A well-furnished common area and a pantry are located at the centre of each floor. Two washrooms are located at the ends of the floor.

All rooms of Lee Hall are twin rooms, furnished with two desks, two wardrobes and are air-conditioned. The rooms are face-to-face. The desks are side-by-side and beds are movable. These characteristics help to promote good relations among hall mates. Half of the rooms have the sea view which provides a pleasant environment for studying.

On UG3, a large Common area provides a place for hall functions. Several function rooms and the hall office are located here. A spacious podium provides places for ball games and activities. Vending machines are provided also.
